Professional translators prepare translations in their own area of specialization (IT, technology, finance/business, law, medicine, etc.). IT translators, for example, work on technical documentation, software, marketing texts and websites. These are often documents related to the newest products from clients such as Microsoft, Intel, IBM or Macromedia.

Since the translation assignments received from our customers are technically very demanding, Think Global requires of its translators a profound knowledge of the respective subject area, as well as excellent language skills.

Your duties:

Translating texts in your area(s) of expertise in accordance with style guides
Working with terminology databases and creating glossaries
Internet research
Communicating with the team

Your background:

You have a university degree
You have more than two years of experience working in translation and localization
You have excellent knowledge of the respective source language
You are reliable and enjoy working in a team
