CEO Roman Kotzsch has over 15 years' experience in the fields of information technology, translation and localization. At the time when Kotzsch founded the translation agency, Think Global was one of the first companies to offer technical translations exclusively to the IT sector.

Until 1989, Roman Kotzsch was employed by Vobis AG, the biggest European computer reseller with over 2000 employees and subsidiaries in 14 countries. During his stint at Vobis, Kotzsch acquired a solid IT knowledge base. As product manager, he was responsible for restructuring the translation department for technical documentation and marketing texts. He learned firsthand how important the quality of technical translation is. That's why he looks for translation professionals who combine both technical expertise and impeccable language skills, two qualities that are equally important in creating an excellent end-product.

Thanks to his experience in professional text production and translation management, Roman Kotzsch is excellently positioned to translate the specific needs of IT clients into efficient language solutions.

Sven Jungjohann, jungjohann@think-global.com

Sven Jungjohann has played an active role in the IT sector for over 10 years, bringing his extensive experience in the field of localization and translation, and management expertise to Think Global.

In 2004, Sven took on a Project Management position at Think Global, having spent several years working as a translator and proofreader for the company. In 2006, he left Think Global to set up the Berlin branch of another agency, gaining valuable experience in corporate and human resources management in his role as Office Manager. At the beginning of 2007, Sven returned to Think Global as Project Manager for our large international customers and shortly thereafter assumed the role of Production Manager, with overall responsibility for operations at Think Global.

With a personal focus on high standards of quality and his extensive experience of the localization production process – both as a Project Manager and linguist – Sven Jungjohann continues to promote the steady development of Think Global GmbH, acting as a vital link between Think Global’s management and production teams.
